The first step to joining Horizon House community is to make an appointment to "look us over." Ask questions, learn more about the benefits we offer, and feel for yourself the warmth of our community. Then complete the application form and submit it with your $1,200 application fee to establish your position on our waiting list. The application fee applies to your entrance fee when you move into Horizon House.

The waiting time you experience will depend upon the type of apartment you wish. Studio and one-bedroom apartments may be available with little waiting time. Larger two-bedroom apartments may require a wait of two or more years. You will be notified of apartment opportunities in chronological order by date of your original application.
