Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are provided by Infinity Rehab with referral from a physician. Our rehabilitation center is fully equipped with a wide range of exercise and therapeutic equipment, as well as a knowledgeable, supportive staff who will work with you in planning your rehabilitation goals. Every wellness plan is designed with a focus on returning each patient to functional independence. We encourage patients and their families to be involved in setting goals, and our team is happy to make visits to your home to determine safety modifications and equipment needs that will be necessary when returning home.
