There are a limited number of studio and one-bedroom apartments available through our Lease Advantage Plan. Here are a few of the highlights:
- No entrance fee required
- Studio and one-bedroom apartments
- Monthly fees ranging from $2,450-$2,750
- Includes all utilities, local and long distance phone services, cable, two hours of housekeeping services per month, $150 dining credit, and use of all activity rooms, pool, fitness center, etc.
Admission to LeAP requires the following:
- Medical and financial screening
- Credit check
- First and last month deposit
- $1,200 non-refundable Application Fee
